Take the dials into your own rooms
The book gives you the compass. The Academy is where you learn to use it in the rooms you sit in: your management team, your committee, your board, your project consortium. It is built with WICE and runs online, so that people inside institutions on different continents can work on the same problem at the same time. You do not need to have read the book to take part.
The modules are being built now and the first cohort will start in early 2027.
Self-paced modules
Short courses on the Five Dials and on what a room built on purpose is made of, each lesson ending in one written exercise that sends you back into your own meetings.
